ApplyPilot AI uses artificial intelligence to assist with job-search analysis and drafting. This Disclaimer explains what AI output means, what it does not mean, and what users must verify.
1. AI assists; it does not decide truth
AI can extract, classify, summarize, compare, rewrite, and generate text. It cannot know whether a statement about you is true unless reliable evidence is provided and reviewed. Model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, outdated, or confidently wrong.
ApplyPilot AI is designed to keep generated prose separate from verified candidate facts. A polished sentence, match score, recommendation, or inferred skill is not proof of a qualification.
2. The candidate truth boundary
Status labels are workflow aids, not legal attestations, background checks, certifications, or guarantees. You remain responsible for the truth, completeness, and context of every statement you use.
- Verified fact: information the user has reviewed and confirmed against an appropriate source.
- User-unverified information: information supplied by the user that has not completed the service’s verification workflow.
- AI interpretation: a model’s classification, inference, summary, or suggested framing; it is not an independent fact.
- Generated content: draft prose created from available inputs; it must be reviewed before use.
- Needs review: information that is ambiguous, unsupported, sensitive, conflicting, or otherwise requires a person’s decision.
3. Required human review
Before relying on or sharing an output, compare it with your source documents and the employer’s instructions. Confirm dates, employers, titles, education, certifications, metrics, work authorization, locations, compensation, skills, technologies, and any sensitive or legally significant response.
- Read the entire output, including summaries and screening answers.
- Confirm each factual claim and remove unsupported language.
- Check that context, tense, scope, metrics, and attribution remain accurate.
- Review for bias, inappropriate assumptions, confidentiality, and employer-specific requirements.
- Approve the final version only after you are comfortable signing or submitting it as your own.
4. Match scores and recommendations
Match scores, gap analyses, blocker flags, and recommended actions are estimates based on available inputs and model logic. They may omit requirements, misread a posting, or weigh evidence differently from an employer. They are not predictions or guarantees of selection, performance, compensation, interview, offer, visa eligibility, or legal compliance.
Job postings may be incomplete, fraudulent, expired, or changed after import. Verify material terms directly with the employer or authorized recruiter.
5. No professional advice
AI output and service content are general informational and drafting assistance. They are not legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, career-counseling, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when a decision requires specialized advice.
6. Bias, accessibility, and discrimination
AI systems and source materials may reflect bias or produce uneven results across people, roles, languages, industries, or protected characteristics. Do not use ApplyPilot AI to make employment decisions about another person or to infer sensitive traits.
If an output appears discriminatory, stereotyped, inaccessible, or unrelated to job requirements, do not use it. Report the issue without sending unnecessary personal information.
7. Confidentiality and third-party information
Do not provide trade secrets, confidential employer material, information about another person, or content you are not authorized to process. Relevant inputs may be transmitted to configured AI and infrastructure providers to perform the requested feature, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Remove unnecessary sensitive data before using AI features. Never enter passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, government account credentials, or security tokens into prompts or support messages.
8. Employer and platform rules
An employer or job platform may restrict AI-assisted writing, automation, or third-party tools. You are responsible for reading and following those rules and making any disclosure required by law, policy, or the employer. ApplyPilot AI does not determine whether AI use is permitted in a particular process.
9. No outcome or availability guarantee
AI providers may experience outages, rate limits, model changes, safety refusals, or other degradation. We do not guarantee that any output will be available, unique, error-free, accepted, or suitable for a particular role. You should preserve final documents and maintain your own application records.
10. Reporting concerns
Report suspected fabricated claims, unsafe output, privacy issues, or material inaccuracies to support@sardev.io. Include a record identifier and timestamp when possible, but do not email passwords, API keys, or full resume content.
11. Relationship to other terms
This Disclaimer supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, and Job-Application Automation Disclaimer. If this Disclaimer conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
