ApplyPilot AI may assist with controlled job-application workflows. This Disclaimer explains the limits of automation and the user’s continuing responsibility for every application.
1. Controlled assistance, not blind submission
ApplyPilot AI is designed for controlled, reviewable assistance. Automation may organize workflows, prepare drafts, populate approved information, navigate supported steps, or request user action. Availability depends on plan, configuration, job site, technical compatibility, and applicable rules.
Unless a feature clearly states otherwise and you expressly enable it, automation should not submit an application without your approval. Even when a supported workflow permits a pre-authorized action, you remain responsible for the accuracy, authorization, and consequences of the application.
2. Review every employer-facing answer
Before submission, review the job, employer identity, resume, cover letter, screening questions, legal attestations, work authorization, sponsorship, location, availability, compensation, background, demographic or voluntary self-identification questions, and any other employer-facing information.
Do not approve an answer merely because it was prefilled or generated. Correct inaccuracies and obtain professional advice for legal, immigration, tax, licensing, or other specialized questions.
3. Third-party terms and authorization
Job sites and employer systems are independent third parties. Their terms may restrict bots, scripts, browser extensions, credential sharing, scraping, automated form completion, or AI-assisted content. You must confirm that your use is authorized.
ApplyPilot AI does not grant permission to access a third-party system. A supported technical connection does not mean the site approves every use. We may disable an integration or workflow if authorization is unclear, rules change, or continued operation creates security, legal, or reliability risk.
4. No bypass of security controls
ApplyPilot AI will not bypass CAPTCHA, multi-factor authentication, anti-bot measures, access controls, rate limits, or other security safeguards. You may be required to complete a challenge, sign in directly, verify identity, or finish a step yourself.
Do not ask the service to evade platform restrictions or provide credentials that you are not authorized to use. Never place passwords, one-time codes, API keys, or security tokens in application text or support messages.
5. Attempted is not submitted
A click, form fill, API request, browser action, or “attempted” status does not prove that an employer received an application. Failures may occur because of timeouts, changed forms, validation errors, login expiration, rate limits, site outages, duplicate detection, employer closures, or other conditions.
ApplyPilot AI is designed not to mark an application “submitted” without positive evidence, such as a confirmation reference or equivalent supported record. Evidence can still be incomplete, delayed, or later rejected by a job site. You should verify receipt in the employer or job-site account and preserve confirmations.
6. Deadlines, duplicates, and stale postings
You are responsible for application deadlines, time zones, rolling review, position closure, and required follow-up. Do not rely on automation for a last-minute submission.
Job postings may be duplicated, expired, changed, misleading, or fraudulent. Review the canonical employer source when possible. Confirm that an application has not already been submitted through another channel before approving automation.
7. Sensitive and voluntary questions
Some applications request disability, demographic, veteran, criminal-history, salary-history, medical, background, or other sensitive information. The service may flag these for review, but it cannot determine the correct legal or personal response for you.
Complete voluntary self-identification and legally significant questions yourself unless a supported workflow clearly shows the exact response you previously chose and asks you to confirm it again. Do not infer or generate protected characteristics.
8. Communications and commitments
Automation should not accept interviews, compensation, relocation, background checks, arbitration agreements, confidentiality terms, assessments, or other material commitments without your specific review and authorization.
Monitor your email, phone, job-site inboxes, and application accounts. ApplyPilot AI cannot guarantee delivery of employer messages or detect every request for action.
9. No hiring or response guarantee
Application automation does not improve eligibility by itself and does not guarantee visibility, recruiter response, interview, offer, compensation, or employment. High application volume can reduce quality, create duplicate records, or conflict with platform rules. ApplyPilot AI’s value is controlled preparation and organized execution, not blind volume.
10. Pausing and revoking automation
You should pause automation if your facts, preferences, work authorization, resume, target roles, or availability change. Where controls are available, revoke job-site access or connected permissions you no longer want used. Account cancellation may not automatically revoke permissions granted directly to a third party.
11. Reporting a problem
If an application was submitted incorrectly, duplicated, unauthorized, or recorded without valid evidence, stop the workflow and contact support@sardev.io. Provide the record ID and approximate time; never send passwords, one-time codes, or full resume content.
